Though the default dictionary that the program will use refers to the English language, you can build your own wordlists and dictionaries with any number of words and expressions in your own language.

The built-in dictionary contains about 94000 words and 9400 phrases. Words and phrases are sorted by usage frequency.

In order to provide you with these features, the application overlays a small access bar onto your screen, which is visible from any program, without causing confusion or any other functionality issues.
